Why has Fulmer not installed any discipline in this team?Alot of these players don't have the TEAM FIRST ATTITUDE. It's alot about me. And until fulmer can install the TEAM FIRST ATTITUDE, these same problems we've been having this year we will see next year and the year after that.

According to Chris Brown's mom, this is a huge problem. This is also akin to all the over hyped kids we've signed coming out of high school. Egos have ruined this group. We need more 3* kids like Foster.

This is also a big part of the problem. We have too many of the parents, the name Clausen comes to mind, running the program.

I know as a former coach, some of my best and enjoyable years were the ones I had mediocre talent but excellent coachable players. As a recruiter, I would definitely look for the coachable players with talent instead of the "me" type of players. I think Foster is a prime example of that.

I think as you go about the recruiting process with the student-athlete, you should also profile the parents. If the mom and dad are nuts, then the player will be too. Remember, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Parents maybe able to intimadate a high school coach, but a college coach should never, and I mean never, bow down to a parent about playing time. If you want to know why little Superstar's not getting playing time, come to practice, and you will see why.
