Is it that you guys really like the High and Mighty role of message board administrator?

Or that you seriously lack meaningful work?

Or that a simple joke, is taken to heart by somebody who can't laugh at their own University?

Which is it?

{insert read the board rules here}

Either way, I call it weak....Laugh a little.

I may have seeked out my own doom, in terms of my future presence on this board...

I am not a mod but I am able to spend a lot of time on here for a limited part of the year because my job, while year round, has a seasonal ebb and flow. From January through June I will probably not be on here, or any other boards, much at all.

It's about as far from crying as I could imagine actually....

The people who report things to the MODS are the ones crying, at least that's common logic, anyway.

I do allegedly have a job . . . and for some unknowable reason, I deal with people like you for free. :wacko::D

What you posted was pretty funny, but it's the second thread in two days making fun of the appearance of a 19 yr old kid. No big deal, just overkill . . .

I think you should report yourself for that one...

C'mon, I'm not really making fun of Jonathon Crompton, and you know it, as well as everyone else who can laugh once in awhile without being so uptight that they couldn't have a good time if it slapped them in the face.

But.....How can making fun of a grit-stache be taken so seriously????? I mean c'mon, it's a personal choice. It's like making fun of a mullet. Take a look around Neyland Stadium sometime, you'll see plenty of both....Why not just laugh about it, instead of run away from it???

The other thread was killed as well, btw, was it not?

Now you're taking ME too seriously. . . . heck, I'm the guy that posted in your thread referring to a "pornostache" and needing to do some work with a Norelco.

The one yesterday was taken down once it went a little too far. Maybe it is a little hypersensitive, but we just try to be careful when we start talking about players.

Sorry for the misconception, I do apologize, but I had to seek a reason why the thread was deleted. It's too bad I didn't get to see the ruffians, who apparently took it a tad too far before the thread was demolished. :biggrin2:

Nah. I did watch a few episodes of 'Dealiest Catch' and I am not prepared to assume that much risk.
