-only when being chased…..or trying not to die of heart disease.

Post you distance on the day you run (walk or bike) so I won’t feel alone.
I try to get 10 miles a week. 3.5 3 times. (Walking is welcome too. Anything to help me keep going)

I felt squirrely today at went 4.5 miles.

Found a cool 4 mile loop trail about 15 minutes from the house. Ran/walked it Saturday in right at an hour, walked it yesterday. There a few rough places, but it can be mostly ran and seems pretty empty. Saw five people total from both days. I can’t run as fast on trails, but they are more fun. If I can keep it under 12 per mile once I get comfortable, I’ll be happy. And work on speeding up from there.

I’m not sure I’ll find the motivation to run in the evening

Just finished 4.5 miles. About the worst running conditions outside of a downpour I’ve experienced. So dang humid.

Anyone doing the Fireball 5k in July? That race always kicks my butt.

Heading out the door for my daily waddle. 72° when I got up at 7, and already 74°, 84% humidity and clammy as hayul, without a breath of a breeze. Waaahh.

It’s now or never though.
