Do you Run?……Walk?….Bike?…..Swim?…..yoga?…..lift weights? What’s your workout plan?

Fair enough, blacking out just sounds an iffy, it probably wouldn't be for me lol.
How hard are you willing to go?
Most take the time and ride the last couple minutes in child’s pose if it gets too much.

I ain’t most people

Edit: if you’ve followed that other thread where I’ve talked about why I am the way I am it probably makes more sense.

For the record what I meant was that lots of people go hard and shut it down when they need too. I will sometimes push it beyond where I should. It’s a flaw and often not a good thing
I do feel it's my obligation to recommend anyone considering pushing to a limit of syncope or near-syncope to get a healthy clearance from their physician, who should be aware of their medical history and medications, before doing so!

Glad you are still kicking butt, Slice.

Absolutely agree.
And thanks.
I am not sure I’ve made this clear but I’m doing what’s called “optimizing” I have blood drawn every 3 months. We are taking different vitamins as well as structuring the diet to not just be in the normal range on test but the optimal range. Part of this, because of family history, is a stress test once a year.
It’s managed by an internal medicine doctor.
I’ve been known to be …..stupid……so I figured it was the best way to protect myself….from myself.

Not running more than about a mile and a half at a time, but sprinting random 100s and 200s a few times per run. Going to try to track my top speed, if anyone has any app recommendations?

Also power training legs in the weight room once per week with basketball twice per week for a couple of hours. Back to being able to basic dunk... Feels good, man

I use Strava to track my pace.
