I've never seen a backup QB be asked to do more the last couple of years and being set up to fail at the same time like Dobbs. Really sucks. Let him QB a decent team and he can be successful IMHO (and I understand he's not ever going to be a great QB).

Yikes, nasty hit on that reception. Dobbs had to throw it high to get over a lineman and helmet to helmet on the receiver. Amazing he held on for the first down. Not a good sign when both teams take a knee as they are working on the injured player. Pray he's safe. Rough day at the office for Dobbs.

Oh i absolutely agree. Literally been with 5 teams this last year. Its nuts. I just look how fast they dump these qb's after any kind of bad mojo. Hard to throw when your getting chased around by 4 d lineman.

It's the bad teams that's losing their QBs. Imagine if Mahomes got hurt and they gave Minnesota a nice trade offer to get him. KC would still be pretty good.
