I don't but I do rent airbnbs whenever I travel.

I will say, recently, I've had no issues booking last minute like before - used to be the worst rated or ridiculously priced ones only left. I'm not sure if that is due to a lot more availability or the fact that they are starting to be the same price as hotels with less amenities, so people are saying why bother?

My special lady friend Airbnbs her basement. It gets booked very regularly. She’s makes about what a second part time job would pay. Which is a good amount for a side hustle.
