the brutal first year schedule they will have to endure? Every coach wants to go into their first season and immediately prove their worth, so I can't help but wonder if some coaches are truly interested in the job but thinking "I have to go to Oregon, Bama, and Florida and this fanbase will want my head if I lose all 3 of them".

Just a thought.

The job isn't open yet, but will be filled by a very competent coach soon after it is.

If a potential coach is afraid of a tough schedule then he doesn't belong at UT anyway.

No....if the coach is worried about year one, we got the wrong guy.

That is actually a good litmus test for us to screen out the weak and unworthy.

Jon Gruden aint scared of no duck.

Jon Gruden probably ate four ducks for breakfast this morning and then wiped his butt with another three ducks.

Jon dont give a quack about Oregon. When meeting mid-field after the game, Jon will probably give Chip Kelly his autograph.

Huh!

Actually I think the new coach is taking the job because of the schedule, he loves a challenge. I dont see the schedule being easy anytime soon, this is the SEC, accept the challenge or go play somewhere else.

Huh!

If Jon Gruden is our coach, there is a very real chance he won't be shaking Chip Kelly's hand at mid-field.
