Does anyone know if the players or coaches

Just a thought, here we are throwing in our perspective on the team. I wonder if they actually know about thhe site and are watchng over our shoulders.

I bet they get a kick out of some of the stuff on this board.

What's everyones take?

Well I know for a fact that Peyton knows about the site because I told him about it at trainning camp. He said he's checked it out before but isn't to big on playingaround on the net....must be to busy watching tapes.

they may not give a crap but that doesn't mean some don't check it out from time to time.

With some of our posters you are correct. Frankly, we know that "dre is around the board as he has posted in the past.

OTOH, knowing that some players and parents snoop around here, maybe we should be cognizant about that and show some respect when talking about the players. Heck, most of them are teenagers and aren't exactly getting paid for their hard work (unlike the bammer players). You know each one of those guys bust their butts for US, and maybe they aren't all All-Americans, but they are ours. We should refrain from dissin any of our players on the board. The only exception to this would be golf instructors :crazy: :devilsmoke:

I'm not sure players and their family should have to have thick skin to come here.

I'd rather just treat the players and coaches right here, just like I would if I were eating a meal with them at a local restaruant.

Just because we're pretty much anonymous here doesn't mean we should omit civil, courteous, Christian behavior.

If we were all sesitive about what we said we might find players and their families would feel more inclined to drop in from time to time.

We can be critical of a play without being critical of the player.

We can question coaching strategy and still be kind and courteous.

Well, I hope they don't take things too seriously. I am sure they know how loyal their fans are. It would be cool to find out that CPF logs on everynight and peeks at what is in his fans minds.

Think of it like an opinion poll. You're not going to derive a hellava lot of info from it, but you get the general idea. I doubt they will draw up any game plans based on our ranting and ravings.

From what I have read CPF is not a big fan of message boards because of the rumors and speculation that come with the territory. I doubt he spends much time on the internet anyway.

I seriously doubt they come up with game plans. If any of them look at this site, it is merely for opinions. Yeah, I doubt CPF does any internet surfing. But maybe someone on the staff. If so, heres a shout out to all the Vols, you guys keep me same for half the year....No matter what the outcome!
