Napolitano has said she will put more focus on prosecuting businesses hiring illegals, scrap a program to tighten national standards for obtaining state driver's licenses and probably push back a 2012 deadline to screen all US bound containers at foreign ports, even though intelligence experts say there is a more that 50% chance America will suffer a major terrorist attack within the next five years.



In a related incident the regional director of Homeland Security, Customs, and Border Protection, Lorraine Henderson and is the director of the Port of Boston, overseeing 190 armed federal officers who patrol major airports and shipping terminals in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island was arrested Dec 5, '08 and charged with hiring illegal immigrants.

Also relating to terrorism, Barack Obama's Attorney General, Eric Holder defended the FALN Terrorist Pardons by the Clinton administration.

And, the Clinton Administration never even contacted the victim's families.

Deputy Attorney General Eric Holder and the pardon attorney invoked the president's executive privilege during testimony.

The FALN terrorist's were behind more than 120 bomb attacks on United States targets between 1974 and 1983.

Shortly before U.S. agents took Elian into custody at gunpoint, the late Tim Russert asked Holder, "You wouldn't send a SWAT team in the dark of night to kidnap the child, in effect?"

"No," Holder answered. "We don't expect anything like that to happen."

Later, after the Department did just that, Russert asked why the change. "I'm not sure I'd call it a dramatic change," Holder answered. "We waited 'til five in the morning, just before dawn."

Let's just say that wasn't Eric Holder's finest hour, either.

And by the way -- do you know how Holder and the Clinton Justice Department created the legal grounds to seize the child? Turns out they got immigration authorities to revoke the custody that had been awarded to Elian's great-uncle.

Then they declared Elian an illegal alien and issued an arrest warrant for him. Then, using their arrest warrant, they asked a judge for a search warrant so they could enter the Gonzalez house. Then, after grabbing the boy, they declared him legal again.

And you worried that the Obama administration might not have what it takes to crack down on illegal immigration.

Back in December of last year, candidate Barack Obama said, "The real gamble in this election is playing the same Washington game with the same Washington players and expecting a different result."

So what different result are we to expect this time?

A school on Long Island has been renamed Barack Obama Elementary School in honor of his historic rise to the presidency.

The school among the first in what will likely be a wave of name changes around the world now that Mr. Obama has been elected president, from schools and streets to parks and mountaintops.

The prime minister of the Caribbean nation of Antigua has said he's taking measures to have the island's highest mountain peak renamed Mount Obama.

Other schools in Portland Oregon and elsewhere on Long Island are considering renaming public schools in honor of Barrack.

The name Barack Obama Elementary School was the idea of children at the former Ludlum Elementary School, according to officials at Hempstead Union Free School District....

I had to laugh recently when Obama appointed Leon Panetta to head the CIA and on another board someone asked; "Why didn't he just go ahead and nominate Oprah?"

The Senate Governmental Affairs Committee identified Hsia as an agent of the Chinese government (who) acted knowingly in support of it. The panel said, She has attempted to conceal her relationship with the Chinese government.

Chung reportedly told lead Justice investigator Charles LaBella how the Democratic National Committee sold access to the White House and named the conspirators. Chung has already revealed that a staff member of Hillary Clinton solicited $ 50,000 on federal property - a felony. (Now she will head the State Department.)


On a related note, Nolanda Hill, a former business partner of the late Commerce Secretary Ron Brown, testified in U.S. District Court in March. She said that Hillary Clinton directed Brown to sell seats on trade missions for campaign cash. Hill said that Brown’s orders came through (former White House chief of staff) Leon Panetta and (deputy chief of staff) John Podesta.

Hill added that Brown showed her Commerce Department letters, written by Commerce official Melissa Moss, that approved the deal. Moss used to work at the DNC with Brown as a fund raiser.

Meanwhile, the Democrats on the House Government Reform and Oversight Committee have had help in thwarting that panel’s probe.

Ninety-one witnesses have fled the country, pleaded the Fifth or refused to cooperate. The Democrats, led by Californian Henry Waxman, refuse to back immunity for four of those witnesses who are willing to testify under that protection.

The Justice Department already approved immunity for the four. The witnesses include Kent La, a good friend of Ted Sioeng. Sioeng was identified by the Senate as having worked on behalf of the Chinese government.

The campaign-cash conspiracy was directed by the White House, says former Clinton strategist Dick Morris.

The Senate has provided the evidence. With the stonewalling and obstruction by the White House, only an independent counsel can get at the truth. The time for Reno to name one has long passed. It’s getting harder and harder to dismiss the mounting evidence - or the coverup of the facts. (Jeez the media crucified Nixon on far less of a coverup, but not to worry, Nancy Pelosi has promised we will eradicate the "culture of corruption.")
