Does no one fear Neyland anymore?

I'm so pissed at UT playing so bad at home these recent years. We have the best fans in the country. One of the best venues in the country. That place should give the opposing teams chills down their spines. But th eonly game where homefield came into a real advantage was against Cal, that was probably because they don't have fans like us out in cali. I'm just sick of being let down in the True "Big House"! What is up with this crap??

It's because Tennessee's fans are actually civilized and the players don't have to worry about getting hit on the head with garbage...

Yeah now we have a road loss, so my point still stands? Why do we lose so much at home? No way should they lose at home. Vanderbilt at home!?!?! Oh lordy. Reason for the thread is not only was I still fuming about last weekend, now I am fuming about both weekends.

Maybe we should put landmines under the grass and only tell our players where they are. I bet teams would be scurred to come to Neyland then! :p

How about better recruiting, better play, and a dominating performance by our teams that would make people fear neyland once again, you don't get respect just being called the Tennessee Volunteers. It's not like teams come in here looking to lose. The team has to make people scared to come into the "Big House"

maybe but one bad night has not negated history that this team racked up and remember the record your hogs have against us 3-12 and Nutt is 2-4 against Fulmer so great win tonight your team really earned it thats no question but don't get to cocky

you can get all the recruiting you want and have 15 5 star players sign for you, but unless you have a coach who knows what to do with them, you're not gonna do anything with them

I would agree, I mean last year we had lots of talent on paper it just never showed up on offense
