Does UT need more coaches?

I'm just curious more than anything else, but heard on the radio today that Saban has hired something like 25 different college and high school coaches for the Bama staff. These coaches don't have any kind of contact with the players so that they are not violating NCAA rules. What they do is spend all of their time breaking down game film, evaluating recruits, etc.

In fact, Auburn just implemented a similar program this year, and Gus has said it made a huge difference in several games.

We probably have about ten trying to figure out how we are going to sign 35 players.

Yeah I guess what was surprising to me is that some that were mentioned on the Bama staff had previously held D1 coaching positions.
