I read it yesterday and didn't really know how to take it. I hope the kid keeps his cool and don't act like it sounds.

Who paid for this carnival? This celebration of Jimmy tells me all I need to know about this family. There is a self-centered arrogance to this that is just stunning.

He needs to cool it for sure. Nothing pisses off the O-Linemen (who are buying you the time to throw and keeping blitzing corners and linebackers from taking your head off in the backfield) more than you taking all the credit and being a Dick...

who cares really? though this was one article by Dodd that i thought was dead on....the dog and pony show these kids go on is ridiculous....and this is just another in a long line....

I do agree with the other two qb's coming in this fall...they'll have a year on JC...he's sure to get RS'd don't you think? he probably won't see the feild til 2008.

Chris Sims did the same thing when he showed up at Texas and his teammates resented it for a long time

I know he is just a kid, but, this is a little overboard for a Junior in high school. If these kids are this good in high school, what happens to them when they are in college. Something is way out of sync. I think I am glad he is not going to roaming around the Hill for four years. Heck if he is as good as this Circus thinks he is, he will not be roaming around the Golden Dome, he will be in the pros after his freshman year.

Some say Tom Lemming is a Notre Dame homer?! It's well documented that the king tool of all that is college football recruiting has repeatedly influenced numerous recruits to go to South Bend. Lemming = moron. Beano too.

I don't want anyone who puts himself above the entire program (in this case above college football as a whole) to play at UT. Not only was that WAY over the top, it was at the Hall.

As a Notre Dame fan, I really hope the two freshman that are coming in this year keep Clausen from ever seeing the field.

". . .it should be a reminder that these studs are just as close to a broken bone as they are a championship ring."

Or, better yet, a WHOLE LOT closer. You know the D-linemen and backers are already licking their chops.

He will receive his just reward from both the HC Weis and from opposing teams who will love to show him what the next level is about. What comes around, goes around.
