Stop gap... Been saying that from the beginning.. He never was going to be more than that... It was stacked against him from the get go... We also found out why he was a under 500 coach in the WAC...

Of those 4, Thomas is the only one with a shot based on their performance this year. Maybe.

Also notice how each of those players are on offense. When you have a complete scrub defense, it's not "unreal" at all.

true, but the combine could make each a easy first rounder.

who on here was guaranteeing Dooley's success?

If you are going to start a thread about your unbelievable ability to know that Dooley wasn't going to get it done, you need to list the posters you are talking about that guaranteed he would.

We are at the same spot today, regardless. The season played out and Dooley is done. Most sane and realistic fans wanted what was best for the program at the end of the year and here it is. It played itself out, as I said it would.
The coaching change is here, whether you rode the storm out, or curled up in a corner crying about it the entire time.

I think most were unsure at best about Dooley and just hoped for the best. This has been a humbling era to say the least.

Bray can't read defenses and is absolutely horrible when he feels any sort of pressure. He's tall and has a big arm at this point; that's it. Drafting him in the first round would be a mistake of epic proportions for any NFL team.

Hunter is extremely talented but also extremely inconsistent. CP has the best athletic ability by far out of any of those players at those positions but has only one year in major CFB and doesn't really understand the game yet.

you flamed me because i said he was a joke, negateer count carl pickens,etc. i said he should have been fired after the UK game last year and was flamed by lots of people that don't understand football.

not disagreeing with that at all, but alot of nfl teams will draft on talent alone. those players have alot of upside.

He was coaching this year regardless. You whining and crying for the last 11 months, and now bragging about your gutty call is why you would get picked on.

And now you make a thread about it. Gimme a break.
