I like Freak's original post too.

Too often we bash the favored team for losing and don't give enough credit to the underdog for winning, or even for playing a tough game and almost pulling off the upset.

Perhaps it's time we congratulate the BCs and Auburns and Virginias and Notre Dames of the world instead of just slamming Duke, Tennessee, Clemson and Louisville and the like.
