You should have real flesh in the game if you trash somebody and they should have multiple venues of satisfaction. Screw the courts pick waffle houses.

Best idea I have ever seen. Wish and hope it's on somebodies platform. Heck, as a measure of compromise for the libs that cower in fear I would throw in this to get it past the House : he who loses the duel, whether dead or alive, must forfeit his guns and have them destroyed. That would also cut down greatly in frivolous duels. Most country boys would rather take a bullet than lose all their guns. Libs see it as a 50% gun grab...we get our duels...everyone is happy.

Lot less smack talk and general disrespect would go on. Politicans would quit fighting and actually get something done
Adultery etc would be cut waaaay down..either by the fear of a duel, or dead cheaters.
