This game was 45-45 near the end of the 4th quarter until the last 5 seconds of the game, when Pittsburgh hit a 25 yard diving TD pass in the end zone to make it 52-45 PItt.

WITH 5 seconds left, it looks like Cutcliffe’s Blue Devils are going to miss getting that necessary 6th win for bowl eligibility the second week in a row, falling from 5-1 to 5-3.

And the Blue devils laterals just result in a safety after the first throw.

Final score: Pitt 54, Duke 45

It's hard to criticize anything about what Cut has done at Duke because....well it's Duke.

But it just seems like every season they are rolling then start losing games they either should win or just can't win games to get them over the hump from average to really good. Even the year they went to the ACC Championship, their losses were to a 7-5 Georgia Tech and 6-6 Pitt. And blew a big lead over TAMU in the Peach Bowl.

So frustrating. People keep talking about Jones being a first rounder, but I just don’t see it.
Daniel Helm is still soft too. Dropped a wide open TD that would’ve busted the game open.
