I have a feeling that Austin Rivers will be running the point by mid-January.

He appears to be the best ball-handler they have and his driving ability will not mean that being named PG will not hinder his scoring.

Like I said in another thread, Duke will live and die by the 3. They are 1-8, and almost getting doubled up the boards and the Plumlees fighting a losing battle against Sullinger. Even if Duke somehow comes back to win, it's the blueprint for beating them this year.

This is what really surprised me. It seemed Coach K threw in the towel in the 2nd half. Duke played 3 guys THE ENTIRE half that had not seen significant mins all year. He seemed to determine it was pointless and wanted to see how some of the bench would respond. I think he found out, they ride the bench for a reason...

I do not think he was throwing in the towel, at all. I think he was sending a message to an unfocused team.
