I heard Ancient Monks started the art of charge drawing.

It's a well kept secret that Coach K had to achieve by catching many flies with chopsticks.

rofl...

...i'm also puking at the idea that UNC is gonna pay for this travesty when they go into Blacksburg on Wednesday.

(I know, the irony of a Heel complaining about officials is not lost on me either.)

this is interesting:

YouTube - Duke's Jon Scheyer walks 3+ times but refs swallow whistle

Here's the equivalent in a few other sports:

-a pitcher runs off the mound and throws a pitch from 20 feet instead of 60...
-a wide receiver takes off 3 seconds before the ball is snapped...
-a soccer player picks up the ball up with his bare hands and runs with it...

...and there's no penalty.

incredible luck, no?

Why do people act surprised? The only time I am surprsised is when a foul IS called on UNC/Duke.

I heard Elliot's hair is actually red, so yes.

And you don't remember McRoberts from the box of lucky charms? I mean come on.

Feel free to ignore the contact fouls that preceded the traveling...which were not called.

I guarantee that I can watch any basketball game and spot very "obvious" rules violations that are not called. It happens. Get over it.

Well, I saw at least one travel before any "contact" was made by either VT defender. Also, why was no foul called on VT considering there were multiple fouls as you suggest? Could it be that by not calling a foul, it allows more and more time to run off the clock, thus giving Duke a better chance to win?

then surely someone has captured equivalent no-calls against other teams and publicized them on the internet as well.

don't let me stop you from proving your point.

I could care less whether it has been captured and placed on YouTube.
