Who wins?? Ill talk NC...did anyone see at the first where the cameron crazies were given a carolina fan hell in the stands, and someone came and poured blue paint on top of his head?? pretty crazy

I don't really like either team, but I've got to say that I definitely enjoy seeing the looks on the Dukie's faces as they fall further behind. You'd think somebody stole their BMW.

Didn't exactly go how we thought, but the better talent one out in the end.

Interestingly enough, it seemed the best players for each team tonight were Freshmen.

Me being the Duke fan I am, i have to defend. I predicted their loss. But as a typical duke game, there were bad calls on both sides of the game. I effin hate NC but i respect them. Yall people who said NC would win big is about dumb..I will die of a heart attack the day either team has a blowout...always.. i mean ALWAYS a close game...and at the first of the game, if anyone was going to blow out it looked like duke was....just did not have the depth in the bench to close it out..or hit free throws...i have seen that alot. (freakin tennessee knows that one too) all well..one game down, one more to go..i just get more upset at the people who dog duke b/c it is the "thing" to do, and know NOTHING about the pagentry or history of the series

ok, i admit, i is about dumb............lol....nice try.

Duke played well. UNC killed them with depth....Duke chose a slow death and got it.

how could you not know about it? every time they play it gets crammed down your throat by ESPN....it's as bad as the week of the OSU/Mich game.

I think most people would consider the March 15th, 2003 game a blowout. Duke up 21 at half, won by 12, and UNC never even came close to threatening their lead.

Or Jan 31, 2002. Duke wins a close one 87-58.

March 3, 2002: Duke 93-68.

a trend i would expect to see continue in all of college bball, especially at the programs that are known for recruiting true blue chippers.

now that they have to go to college for one year, you'll probably see a lot of these "one and done" type kids....and UNC has it's fair share.

UNC's team next year will not resemble this year's team.......some of those freshman will be gone....and it's not out of the question that they could be replaced by more freshmen.

That's true. I thought about that later and figured it to be the case simply because there just wasn't many Juniors or Seniors even on the floor. :wacko:

scary isn't it? and i think this favors Roy more than K....K has always been great, but he's been great because he's always had big time leadership on the floor and usually were guys that were older and more experienced.

he may still get that experience, but they just flat out might no be as talented as what his neighbor is pulling in.

having said that, it's not like K is bringing a knife to a gun fight or anything......
