Should be a good one. Coach Krzyzewski has never lost in the Maui Invitational 11-0. Marquette beat the Dukies last year by 11 I think in the CBE classic in Kansas. What's everyone's predictions?

Tight game so far....15-14 Marquette....Both teams came out swinging, I think Duke's depth we be to much for them. Marquette is making alot of silly fouls early on.

I know I am a Duke homer, but this team is alot better than I thought they would be. They may not win this one, but they are looking better than they did last year, Nelson is a turning out to be a solid senior leader as well.

I haven't seen anything that makes me believe Duke won't win this one, and I am by no means a Duke homer.

They seem much better than last year. The season is young though, and if I recall the wheels fell off the bus for them later in the year last year.

Influence Jim Boeheim had on Coach K while he was the assistant on the USA team. I like the Phoenix Sun's type O they are running this year though. The players seem to like the faster pace, and it is a great recruiting tool to.

I have been busy playing with my 4 month old nephew who is in for Turkey day. Can someone give me a good 1st half run down?

Sure, game was tight throughout most of the half. Duke has been playing alot of 2-3 zone and it has seemed to be effective. Marquette is getting in early foul trouble which will jump up and bite them later on. Singler has 15Nelson has 12 to lead the Devils. Duke looks like they have more energy and are looking for redemption for the beating they took last year. Marquettes guard play has been solid and keeping them in the game, but I think and hope Duke pulls away in the second. Dukies are up 8, Singler is def. leading the way, stepped out and hit a couple of 3's to.

Duke = basketball school for white albinos. Can't look at the Singler kid for more than a second without laughing at the goofy kid. I don't care how much talent they have or how good the team is - it's just too funny.

I am sure Bruce Almighty went after him.....but, Bruce also went after E-Williams to didnt he??? lol

These skinny white kids have compiled 113 wins since 2003 to...O by the way thats the most by any program.

Not to mention the 10 final fours, 3 NC's....etc etc

I had to change the channel. The white aura beaming off the screen was blinding. I may have lost some vision in my left eye....
