Dwight Miller has started an online journal/blog called "Dwight's Insight" that will be featured on UTsports.com.

Good read. So far, I'm liking Martin's recruits (of course, we'll be judging a bit harsher when the season finally starts).

I'm more anxious to see this kid play than anyone else this year I believe. He could swing us quite a bit I believe.

If nothing else, Cuonzo is recruiting players with a high intelligence quotient. I still don't know much about Dwight Miller as a player, but he writes very well and I like this kid.

I didn't see an email address for Dwight; I don't twitter, but a very good article. I was just thinking how it's probably not possible for most fans, particularly the younger folks to really grasp how many VOL fans there are all over the world. As a retired Air Force member, I saw VOLS fans through the services both in the U.S. and overseas. And even though I'm retired just outside of San Antonio, TX I still see tons of VOLS fans proudly displaying their TN Orange especially close to gameday. The big Orange is alive and well everywhere, besides the resident burnt Orange here. Ha! Ha!

I'm excited to see Miller as well, but I'm most anxious to see Chievous and Richardson in action.

I really liked Miller's article as well. It was well written and insightful. I hope he continues to do it and it's nice to see an athlete that is grateful for the oppurtunity he has in front of him. With that being said, I don't expect big numbers from him on the court offensively. He seems like the hardworking player Cuonzo likes in the post. A guy that knows how to rebound and play defense. Dwight only averaged 15 a game in high school and I believe 8-10 in Junior College. He may start for us and be a solid player but don't expect him to be a scoring machine. If it didn't happen in the past against worse competition it's not happening now.

I doubt he'll be starting for us, but he probably will be Hall's back-up. At least he has some decent experience to partially make up for his size.

I expect him to start and be a rather decent defensive presence considering our current post game defensively isn't much to talk about. I'm hoping for a very poor man's Dennis Rodman. about 9-11 boards a night maybe 6-8 points. decent free throw shooter, and maybe a block or two every now and then wouldn't hurt. Just come in, do his job and play defense, and get out.
