NEIL CAUDLE -- 6-1 1/2, 191 lbs.
Spain Park HS, Birmingham, AL
Bio: A hard-working, cerebral quarterback who makes quick decisions and gets the ball out even quicker. A two-year starter at Spain Park High who was on his way to a stellar junior season before an ACL injury ended his year in his team's ninth game. Rehabbed quickly and came back to clock an impressive 4.72 40 yard-dash at the Athens NIKE Camp just seven months later. An accurate passer who sees the field very well and has a quick release with underrated mobility and and toughness. Only the third quarterback from Alabama to be selected to the EA SPORTS Elite 11, joining Brodie Croyle (Alabama) and JaMarcus Russell (LSU).
Committed to Auburn
2004 Stats: 129 of 200 passing for 1,624 yards with 15 touchdowns and 10 interceptions. Also rushed for 424 yards and four scores in just over eight games of action.
PAT DEVLIN - 6-3, 200 lbs.
East HS, Downingtown, PA
Bio: A polished passer who is carrying on the tradition of top-flight high school quarterbacks to come out of the state of Pennsylvania. First emerged with a standout sophomore season in 2003 and a solid outing at the NIKE Camp in the following spring. Was a Class 4A all-state and Student Sports Junior All-American selection following the 2004 season. A poised and accurate passer from the pocket who sees the field very well. Has suprising mobility, clocking a 4.67 40 at this year's NIKE Camp in State College, and a high ceiling once he fills out his frame and adds more strength in college.
Committed to Miami
2004 Stats: 147 of 231 passing for 2,237 yards with 21 touchdowns and 10 interceptions. Also rushed for 632 yards.
ZACH FRAZER - 6-4, 215 lbs.
Mechanicsburg HS, Mechanicsburg, PA
Bio: A strong-armed pocket passer who sees the field well and completes a high percentage of his passes. Set a state single-season record in Pennsylvania last fall, throwing for 3,674 yards, eclipsing names like Montana, Namath, Marino and others who prepped in the Keystone State. Showed great courage and determination to attend the EA SPORTS Elite 11 workout in Las Vegas in June just a week after being cleared from a fractured foot. Was a Class 3A all-state, the 3A State Offensive Player of the Year and a Student Sports Junior All-American following the 2004 season.
