Whats this I hear about college football wanting an earlier signing period. I guess in February 100 prospects reversed course and chose different schools. Fulmer said it would not benefit Tennessee cause the recruiting base is not necessarily the best. The Sec coaches shot it down.

and the Big 10 coaches supported it. This is because the SEC is winning the talent battles with the midwest quite easily, and the midwest is fed up.
