I'm sitting here watching the Ky/Ind game and realizing that we lost to Austin Peay today. All I can say is that it is early in the year. I'm sure in this mass of this media is a Lynch Mob! If there is realize that Counzo is handed a bunch of good athletes from Pearl along with his class of recruits and sometimes melding them together as a team is tough. It's a tough world! I like his recruits so let's judge him on how he evolves this team to a winner! Nothing more or nothing less! I think he has what it takes it's just a matter of building off of what Bruce Pearl did on a national respect. GBO

My rule of thumb is to let the coach graduate his first recruiting class and then judge the results. Granted, this period for men's sports at UT is a monumental disappointment, but at least with hoops, we can have a quick turn around with a great recruiting class. Gonna be a long, painful year in hoops I'm afraid. Can't wait for baseball to start.

I was expecting this type of season and I think most people could agree with that. A close to .500 record would be good but there will be a lot of bumps in the road. The team played really good in Maui despite the losses but I think we will see this team play to their competition most of the year. Close games against anyone whether it be Duke or Austin Peay. I like the players Cuonzo has brought in.

If he can't win with five 4*'s starting, Ishudder to think what we will be like with all the 2* and 3* players he is loading up on.
