That ranking is being very generous to UT. I think the LadyVols should be more like #5-#10.

Actually team should be more of a team with better shot selection. Tucker is a great player can really play defense. She is healthy she easily replaces Simmons. Really expecting a breakout season from Russell think she is really hitting the weights will be a lot stronger and more aggressive. Nared is great player.

I can see us being number three and a contender for the title. UConn still strongest but they did lose two valuable starters.

We have to stop turn overs! We could have gone further this season, had we eliminated the turn overs.

Won the S.E.C. tourney and that is great, but still work to be done before we see us getting past the Sweet 16.

South Carolina's ranking depends entirely on Aj'a Wilson's development through the season. Last season Tennessee was better than SC regardless of who won what (the imbalanced schedules in the SEC continue to tip the scales in many cases--UT benefited last year).

Kentucky is extremely overrated as a top 10 team. They have some good guards but they will have to make shots because they will be lean and inexperienced down low which is a disaster in the making against us, South Carolina, and Texas A&M. In fact I would put them at 5th in preseason SEC rankings simply because Florida beat them twice in the regular season and they are returning everyone but Svete.
