Early Season Play A Disappointment

I simply do not understand a team with this level of talent playing this poorly, totally uninspired play. CCM will have them playing better by seasons end but we do so much damage early that we end up with no respect and a problematic post season. Either no tournament bid or a bad seed. I like CCM on a personal level but his upside as a coach in of a big time program, I fear, is questionable. I hope that these thoughts are proven wrong but I also greatly fear that the administration will be too complacent if the above is true.

Don't feel so sad. BTO will be back in town with page after page of statistics to show how good we really are.

What's there to understand??? This is yet another example of CCM's ineptitude - not worth the million + that he is making.

You shouldn't be sorry or feel bad for the way you are feeling! That clown deserves to be fired immediately!! This team is underachieving badly and its a disgrace!! Sick and tired of seeing the same ol bumbling, 3-ring circus on that court game in and game out..nothing ever changes!

At leat BTO made the trip...it's more than anyone of us can say. I remember most of these people bashing CCM were also bashing CBP. I used to defend him all the time just like I do CCM and people would say I was stupid after a loss. Our fans are just delusional though. No way they should have lost last night though.

There were people who thought we were going to beat UTEP? Hate to say I told you so. For some reason this team sucks. Sorry.

This team SHOULDNT suck though! That is the disturbing part! This team on paper is a top 20 team and sweet 16 contender...no excuse for their performances this far!

You used to defend Pearl? Must have been under another screen name although one name comes quickly to mind.

There's no way there were near as many people bashing Pearl as there are bashing Cuonzo. We went from a consistent NCAA tourney team to a.... Heck, I don't even know what to call us. We aren't a tourney team though.
