Yes, it matters; yesterday morning the NYC guy had a slight lead -- there's an awful lot of people in New York. But they may have underestimated the stubbornness of folks around Tennessee.

The last guy who had a thread like this and wasted my time voting for lost his newspaper box competition. He was a horrible painter anyways.

I never understood this way of thinking....why wouldn't you want the person who did the better job to win...the person who worked the hardest, who excelled rather than preferring someone because of where they're from?

Well she didn't win despite being in the lead pretty much the entire competition. They pretty much Petyon-Heisman'd her at the very last. Probably ESPN involvement.
