A report issued by the faculty and students at Eastern Michigan suggests that the school stop wasting money on football, or at the very least stop trying to compete at the FBS Level.

From the Detroit Free Press

EMU athletics relies on more institutional support than any other school in the MAC. Because the MAC requires football for membership, the report suggests moving to the Horizon League.

EMU hasn't had a winning season since going 6-5 in 1995. They have competed in the top level of football since 1975, and they've only been to a bowl once.

They might be worse than Vandy. They need to go down to D2
