Eating now causes Global Warming...

Yet again proving that man may not have a choice as to whether GW happens or not. Mother nature may decide for us.

There is no doubt that the universe/world can screw us over much more quickly than we can screw it over....such as an asteroid impact. However, that doesn't change the fact that our actions can screw the world over...or perhaps more precisely...we can screw ourselves over.

Please don't tell me you think global warming is caused by high carbon foods?

You obviously can't place the "blame" for global warming on any one issue. Just like goblal warming is not just a function of CO2. Just like no weather event can be blamed solely on global warming. However, there are many things that contribute to carbon dioxide emissions - including foods that require a lot of carbon dioxide emissions during their life cycle (whether it be in fertilizer production, CO2-enhanced growth in greenhouses, or trucking the product across the country to your grocery store). That fact can't be denied. Whether or not that carbon dioxide could contribute to global warming is a matter of debate obviously - but I believe that increasing CO2 will lead so some temperature increase (unless their is a big carbon sink discovery that we have missed up until now).
