24-14 ECU. Pirates get a late first half td courtesy of a Stephon Gilmore fumble. Gilmore proceeds to get shredded on the ensuing drive.

If D.J. Swearinger wraps the ECU receiver up rather than shoulder tackling, the second half ends, at worst, 20-14. Also, Stephon Gilmore sucks. Plain and simple. He has been overrated every since he walked on campus. He consistently gets torched by whoever he is supposed to be covering. Another thing that chaps my arse is that we still don't know how to defend short passes.

ECU has been a solid program for a midmajor over the last few years. A combination of USCjr returning to Earth, Spurrier screwing with the team's mentality with the QB jumble and the Cocks likely underestimating the Pirates, this is what happens.

Just want to reiterate: This game is cocks v. pirates.

I prefer an abbreviated version. Cockpirates. Maybe a good fantasy FB team name.
