Well, I guess this will answer our question of who is helped more between Clinton and Obama by this.

WOW, there is not a white guy in the race for the Dems anymore, actually quite historic, good for America to make a statement like this, but I still hope an Rep gets the final nod.

America isn't making the statement, the quality of the candidates is doing that for them. If Edwards wasn't a snake lawyer he might have done better. Clinton is nothing more than a name and a way for Bill to control this country again, and Obama is getting the mass support he is due to the fact people don't want to vote for a woman.

It depends how how interested Edwards is in issues like universal health care. If he was the first to bring it up, drive the debate there, and make it an issue for himself - he might not like the fact that Obama's isn't truly "universal." I don't really have a good feel for who he lines up better with...this is just one thought that popped into my head.

I do not disagree, I am just saying this race does not seem to be the norm, and maybe you are right I know I am very disappointed in the quality of the who is running

I just wish that the Presidential nominee process for both parties were different. Why the hell does the majority of the public care to vote twice for the same candidate in an election year?? This process is flawed, IMO.

agreed, our system sucks, but it is still better than dipping our finger in ink and risking getting shot because you voted
