i seen in the corey miller thread where it says he'll be today to start his college career. my question is, when will bray and company officially make it to ktown? are all early enrollees supposed to be coming in this weekend or theyll just be coming one by one in the coming week? i really am anxious to get our guys on campus so they can begin to learn the system and get acclimated to the college life

This past Wednesday, Matt Miltons facebook page said 8 days and counting so do the math. I would guess some will arrive this weekend and others will arrive later.

This is gonna be awesome.... Our early new batch of players. When you see who the EEs are, I know understand why teams are doing everything they can to make UT look bad. Get Ready, Be Prepared, I smell beatdowns in the air.

I spoke with Bray's dad three weeks ago and he said Dec. 22, although I saw a quote from Bray on this board yesterday that he will be practicing with the team by Wednesday (Dec. 16th).

Man does he have an arm...strong and accurate.

i assume there is an ncaa mandated date that they have to be here by. im thinking maybe today is the earliest they can be here and that the 22nd may be the latest?

CUM got the list also, remember the trip to the hospital.

I really feel some time outs coming, just so CUM can hear Rocky Top playing this year!:shaking2:

So will all EEs be practicing with the team for bowl practice or only a select few?

Welcome to VolNation :hi: You were almost lucky winner of my 300th post :) I'm don't think they can decommit once they start school, but if they could I doubt EEs would.

On topic.... I didnt know the EE's were so close to being on campus. This is A great bunch of good news that is well needed in Knoxville. Our EE's are better than most teams overall recruits......GBO! destroy va tech.

If they do not sign any papers, they can leave without penalty. They are not under any "contract" until they sign papers which is not required right away for EEs.

However, the chance of that happening is somewhere between slim and none.

Right, once they start classes they are considered student-athletes and are subject to penalty if they leave or want to change schools. However, if they get here in December and leave before classes start, they are not penalized because they were never students at the school.

Right again, they do not sign LOIs. I didn't say that. I'm not sure exactly what the paperwork is called, it's been referenced as "educational assistance" paperwork. Basically financial aid/scholarship paperwork for 100% paid tuition, etc.

They do have to sign papers with the school for educational assistance which is basically the same thing. It's binds them with the school just like an LOI. Look it up cats.
