Sorry if this was a re-run or something, but I just watched the "documentary" on ESPNU for the Elite 11 camp this year. After watching this....I am telling you guys.....one of the best things to happen to the future of this team may have been NOT getting Scroggins to commit, and now having a great shot at Tyler Bray. He impressed in this show both by his play and his interview. plays with a chip on his shoulder and wants to be great. I am REALLY hoping he pulls the trigger when he sees and hears 106k+ plus going crazy as the T opens, our Vols run onto the field, and his future backfield teammates BB and Oku gash WKU for 300+ on the ground!

When is his visit again?

Next Saturday, WKU game. He was supposed to come for the UCLA game, but had a scheduling conflict. I am glad he is coming to the opening game instead. He will hopefully get to see us blow someone out, and I will be highly disappointed if the atmosphere (with it being the first game of a new era) isnt more amped up and crazy than any game in Neyland this decade.

I would like it better if he visited San Diego State next weekend and watched UCLA whip them then come here for the UCLA game and watch our victory over them.

Just watched on espnu & all the councelors seem he has the best years of football in front of him meaning his potential will be measured by the skys the limit. If this kid fills out even gets up to 220 he has Sundays written all over him hope he knows where #16 alma mater is. Come to KNOXVILLE Tyler!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also won the overall "Golden Gun" award, while taking 2 of the 4 day competition. I was highly impressed by this kid. When he fills out, he could be easily the best QB recruit we have had on campus since Manning, talent and potential wise. I am highly interested in how his SR year in high school goes. I bet he lights it up.

It was also on TV here in FL as well. Bray was very very good in a camp of top QB's. Luginbill said he would be a great pocket passer. Perfect for TN. Better chance with getting him than with Scroggins.

It was good to see that Garrett Grayson got some pub at the first of the show, and almost made the cut into the Elite 11. According to Scout, we are still recruiting him as well.....probably want to see how he does his SR year before offering. I think the QB situation will end up working out GREAT for us. Then the byatch that is Vols5150 will have to find something else to hate Kiffin over.

Before you talk about him coming to Knoxville to see football in front of 106,000, somebody better be selling some tickets. I hear that they are far from a sellout at this point.
