Not a big fan, but went to the show last night. The little guy put on a really good show. Played most of the Madman record, tons of hits, for around three hours. Also played 5 or 6 songs from new record, but Leon Russell was not there. Show was completely packed. Anybody go this tour?

Sounds awesome. I imagine the entire venue was singing along to "Tiny Dancer".

You know it.

played saturday night, levon, and tiny dancer to start the show. Wish he waited till I caught a buzz before playing the money songs.

had a camera on his hands during the show, didn't realize how good of a player he is.

Interesting. The lyrics on a lot of the songs from Madman Across the Water, Don't Shoot Me I'm Only the Piano Player, & Goodbye Yellow Brick Road were awesome. Bernie Taupin must be some creative guy.

I guess he's still living off the stuff from the 70's. Talk about a retirement plan !

Loved his Vegas show. Yellow Brick Road is one very underated album!

Was a huge fan back in the mid-70s through Philadelphia Freedom.

Yellow Brick has a great band with many shared members to Alice Cooper.

(shared members and Elton John was not the pun I intended BTW).
