1. he's got a National Championship and is stocking his roster with the same quality USC's got
2. Never lost a home game

1. He doesn't have three running backs that could start almost anywhere in the country. Nor does he have a proven quarterback on his roster.

2. That will change in his third season.

My point is that Florida is the dominant program of the East Coast right now.

Give it about 5 or 6 weeks and see how unproven Florida's QB is.

So 41-14 over Ohio State doesn't mean anything?

If you think West Virginia's football program is in better shape than UF....you are on that dope. Let me know when UF loses to South Florida.

Michigan? What a freakin joke. Carr is on their shtt list up there

Listen carefully: I said West Virginia and Michigan would probably be better teams this year. Also, how many conference championships has Florida won in the Meyer era? When Urban Meyer wins numerous conference titles while playing in two BCS championship games in a 5 year span, you'll have an argument.

In the next 3 years...Florida will have another SEC Championship and play for another Nat'l Title

We can agree to disagree

I'm with Jmx on this one... Everybody here said he would get mauled in the SEC, and I was one of the very few that said he would see success. Well, he wins a national title. Urban Meyer is good effing coach, and he's proven nothing less everywhere he has been. If this year wraps up the way I think it will, he will be the 2nd best coach in the SEC behind Spurrier. And that's only because of Spurrier's past accomplishments.

South Carolina has a lot to prove to me this year

They were big time underachievers last year...they've got a ton of talent and one helluva coach
They've got to get something done in 2007

SC is still less talented than UT, UF, and UGA in the east.
