1) some schools can conduct bogus classes & degrees-no problem
2) some players can transfer away from competition while others can’t for valid reason
3) money is getting totally distorted
4) numerous coaches on tape buying players still coaching while other coaches giving kids a pair of used basketball shoes are banned for life.

Were it not for the NCAA basketball tourney, the institution would already be dead. As for the cash cow, football, they are not going to do anything to turn over the apple cart.The member schools are the NCAA and are very content to take the TV money. Rules enforcement is NOT in their best interests nor is having more/better game officials. Is it fair? Of coarse not, but the money flows and all is well with the members.
