Does anybody know why Eric Westmoreland isn't playing this year? Is he injured or did Cleveland cut him and nobody picked him up?

He was an unrestricted free agent after last season and nobody picked him up. Last season was his 5th season in the NFL. A player only needs 5 seasons in the NFL to qualify for the pension.
