yeah...you know, it was kind of like in the press conference he made TOO big a deal in saying a proven HC, then, we go through all these leaks of information to pursuade the general public that a big effort has been made to get a proven HC and there are no others left, so we get Smart because no one else "wanted the job".

Well, back to my Kennedy Assasination novel...jk
