If you live within TN and VideoSeat is being advertised, then Gameplan will be blacked out. If you are out of state, then you can view the game thru ESPN gameplan. At this point, only the AirForce game has been added to the schedule, but it is likely that Marshall will be added as well.
Another consideration, if you do not currently receive the SEC Lincoln Financial (formerly JP) games on your local channels, then Gameplan will fill that void. So, any UT game on LF (JP) will be a part of the Gameplan package.
I live in E NC, and got the yearly ESPN gameplan for $109. Last Saturday, I was able to watch the following games that I otherwise would not have been able to get-- UGA/WKU, Ohio State/NIU, Oregon/Stanford, Alabama/Hawaii, UF/S. Miss. This week, I'll get UT/AF (worth the $), and many other games.
Hope this helps.
