5 games left. No teams from TN but I’m sure you guys have some recruits and targets that will be playing. 1 game tonight, 1 tomorrow, 2 Saturday, and 1 Sunday.

Edit: I’m wrong about no TN school. Baylor School in Chattanooga plays Sunday.

Grayson (GA) up 7 at Thompson (AL) at halftime right now. Big time HS football! Good game!

Thompson just scored a defensive touchdown to tie the game 7-7! Almost 5 mins left in the 3rd.

Apologies, I forgot all about Bishop Sycamore. I watched that game when it aired though. I seriously doubt ESPN makes a mistake like that again. It was ridiculous

Seriously though, I had successfully forgot all about them. Thanks!!!😂

There's a great doc on Max about it that came out about a year ago . The whole situation was even more convoluted and bizarre than the reporting about it at the time.

Absolute insanity.

I’ll check that out. I read some about the situation after the game and remember it being a ridiculous crazy scam. Seems crazy that ESPN was tricked into nationally televising the game. I mean they were playing IMG Academy, but even I could tell way before halftime that they shouldn’t be playing IMG and certainly shouldn’t be on ESPN.

He is a character! Pell City must be paying him pretty well. I can’t imagine trying to afford a second family w/ inflation like this 😀

He resigned from Pell City a few months ago I think.

AFAIK he is not coaching anywhere ATM.
