In this article, Luginbill talks about Orgeron as if he's already on the staff. I haven't seen or heard anything official yet. Does he know something we don't or am i just out of the loop??

Yeah we know Mr. ESPN writer TN does not have the infinite talent pool of your mentioned states. However, Kiffin said it has been done here before as we all know. We have always recruited nationally. It does not have to be invented, just rekindled. When Kiffin started at USC he said all the top recruits had the Vols in the top 5. I feel confident.
