Will this crap stop anytime soon? Perhaps he should refine his interviewing skills.

Not a shot at Gill by any means, as he seems to have taken things in stride and works towards moving onward and upward.

These OTL "exposes" are just rabble rousing attention whoring, well, very.. ESPN like.

The best thing that could have happened to Gill was to have stayed at Buffalo. Had he gone to Auburn, he'd be the man in the middle of a boosters' power struggle and would be gone as soon within three years. He then would have to drop back to a smaller school as a position coach or coordinator before making his way back to HC. But basically, it would be a waste of five years.

I take some delight that ESPN's poster boy for a black coach not getting hired is losing this year. There is absolutely nothing wrong with hiring a black head coach, but ESPN made it seem as if UT and Auburn were racist for not hiring Gill, and basically being in the south. Too bad they weren't doing our interviews. With the megastaff that he could have assembled with all of his NFL conections we'd surely be undefeated right now.
