I believe the key word there is "underrated". A large reason the staff we have was compiled was their ability to recruit, thus by no means "underrated"

I like Andy McCollum, but if my memory serves me correctly he inherited a totally stocked team at MTSU and the talent level fell every year he was there.

Kerry Coombs at Cincinnati is the most underated in the country.

He landed half of Cincinnati's class last year. He signed 2 4-stars, 1 former 4-star from the previous class, and 10 3-stars for them.

This year he's landed 11 of their 15 recruits which inclues 1 4-star and 9 3-stars and he's got them in great shape with Matt James.

Recruiting to Cincinnati is not easy at all but since he's been (3rd year) their talent level and recruiting has gone up big-time.

Cincinnati blows my mind. Before last year I believe they had never signed a 4-star player and most of their team was 2 stars are below. Compare that to what Les Miles does with his talent. These guys know what they are doing.
