ESPN's "Full Throttle"

Who's idea over at ESPN is it to put about 15 different spotters/crew chief's voices on the air all saying the same thing at different times?? I saw bits and piecies of the Busch race today in Chicago, and every restart they did that "Full Throttle" thing and it is so annoying. I hope they reconsider that before they take over the Cup broadcasts at Indy.

I agree that sounds ridiculous. You can not understand who is saying what--so why broadcast it.
