This started as a discussion in the recruiting forum.

Over the years, Georgia and CMR have made it a habit of projecting their program as being morally clean and devoid of the sinful nature of other programs around the country, especially of those of Tennessee, Florida, and Alabama, with whom they are in direct competition for recruits. Yet, Georgia has had just as many or more off the field issues of the other schools

So, is Richt really the Saint he projects to be or is it just his way of recruiting?

Georgia fans try to condemn one school for having "thugs" when they have just as many troubled players. Pretty hypocritical of them.

Ps - Georgia fans suck. Minus fadeproof.

I think richt is legit. Too much away from football to think otherwise.

I also think he is a horrible disciplinarian who tries too hard to be buddy buddy w players.

I'm still waiting for uga insider to inform us of how much more strict and disciplined georgia is than say UT or UF. When uga has about 30 arrests in 5 years. I believe I will be waiting a long time for that response

Aren't they in the lead for the most incidents this year? I think I remember seeing that somewhere.

UGA Insider said Fulmer got the raw end of the deal from UT because of bandwagon fans also. Then proceeded to delete it.

You wish. He's had a bad run with discipline issues but he's a really good guy. It's not an act.

I'm sure he is, but he knows his program isnt as clean and wholesome as he leads the recruits parents to believe.

I have no problem with Richt other than his hypocrisy
