most everyone around the garage knew that Evernham was having a personal relationship with driver Erin Crocker, and he admitted that at Indy on Friday. Evernham also thinks that the best thing for her career would be for her to move to another team. Have to agree, would think it'd be hard to push someone's career while being their boss and having a relationship with them.

that's bad on his part and he's a 50 year old man. when u usually hear of a man this old gettin a female this young a lot of ppl are very impressed. now a lot of ppl are disgusted

I remember watching the two of them on Trackside right after Evernham announced the truck deal. Ray said that he thought of Crocker like she was his own daughter :eek:hmy:.

One could also argue that their "relationship" was the only reason that she made it as far as she did or why she retained as long as she was.

She may get better with time... but I don't quite think she did anything in the Trucks or Busch Series to prove she belonged there.

she was only a halfway decent USAC driver. i think the one time i saw her race she didn't even qualify.

Yeah she's probably as bad in bed as she is on the racetrack. If you can't win in the trucks and in Busch in Ray's equipment, you can't win anywhere.
