Seriously.. its getting out of control. "KIFFIN ALMOST BEAT BAMA!" "Our defense is the worst ive ever scene" "Dobbs was 5-12 so .. he sucks" ..

we lose against ranked opp. for 4 years in a row, we beat one team, ONE ! ( something teams like idk, iowa state have accomplished too ) and we all expect to see a 90s Tennessee team out there?

Bama is really good. They have no holes. For those of you moron couch coaches who don't get the game and complain about our "swiss cheese" defense, and our pathetic this, and our bad that.. understand that we don't have the talent to compete right now with Alabama. We have to sell out on defense for run or pass to try and stop them. Bama can run as well as they can pass, which makes it near impossible for us.

We got beat by a great team today. What happened today is well.. what was expected. Butch has our team going in the right direction. that is a fact. People on here talkin about the SEC title game after 1 in and stuff.. are you serious?

Dobbs looked INCREDIBLE today for a true frosh. Those of you "but he went 5-12" MORONS just don't get it. North looks like a potential first rd pick at wide out. We need another recruiting class to come in, another offseason lifting program to start to look like we belong on the same field as bama, and in 2 years maybe we have a team capable of winning that game.

that's all.. im sorry for the paragraph.. it was either vent to you guys or kill the next vol fan I hear who says BUT KIFFIN ALMOST BEAT BAMA!.

Kiffin almost did it, with Fulmers recruits, before our roster was totally depleted. Butch is building it all back up. Give him some time people. :banghead2:

I agree with the OP. We have won the ones we were expected to , won 1 more than expected , and competed better in the rest....coming within a whisker of beating UGA. It is no coincidence that out blowouts came at the hands of the 1 and 2 teams in the country .

Mizzou and Auburn will be tough..I expect us to compete and not necessarily win. I expect us to beat UK and Vandy.

We would then go to a bowl.

This is progress.

I think people forget that Kiffin had Fulmer's guys. We were not great, but there was potential. I still think we're on the right track.

Look Butch is the guy and all I do believe that, but trust me he deserves **** today. That was ugly. He doesn't get free passes. A good coach can keep a game respectable when his team is outmanned. Especially a rivalry game. But all will be forgiven with a win next week.

I didn't say Dobbs sucks, just that I thought his stats were better. I actually loved the way he looked. Threw the ball with authority, it was usually on target and what is actually the only thing that mattered...we moved the ball and scored. Plus, he can run!

I love the way the kid played. I was surprised he did not do better on the numbers...but that can come.

And as 1000 people pointed out, there were 2-3 drops.

But read your post again...and realize that YOU are the one that needs to relax. Holy sheet man....:eek:lol:

that is amazing that they have played this many games and aren't banged up really bad,here is to good luck on staying healthy for the rest of the year
