Have you seen this pic that the Tennessean is running? I sulked my way through the bitter end of this game because I wanted to see the awkward handshake at the end. It delivered. But the paper's selection of photos is pretty priceless. :)

Franklin could've scored on us again - at least with a fg but chose not to try. I don't like the man but I thought it was a decent thing to do out of respect for a man losing his job. I don't think Franklin would've done that any other time against us.-

Nah, I'd say he knows that UT will eventually find the right coach and if he stays at Candy long enough then he knows UT will have many more opportunities to run the score up on them than vice-versa. That kind of stuff comes back to haunt you.

Definitely one of my top 5 candidates. Hate Fanklin all you want, but what he is doing at Vandy is absolutely amazing. Never ever thought I'd see a day where Vandy pimp slaps the crap out of Tennessee.

He has a bunch of average players playing their tails off for him... That's what happens when players believe in their coach.

I agree with getting players to play for him. Dooley never seemed to be able to relate to his players. We had the talent to win 8 games this year. If we had a defensive coordinator with a brain, maybe more.

However, Franklin still hasn't beaten a team worth a damn. His best victory is over a 5-6 Ole Miss team. Also, he's had the easiest SEC schedule of anyone outside of UGA the last two years. He avoided LSU, Bama, Miss St and Texas A & M this year. He avoided LSU last year. He gets to play Ole Miss every year and got lucky and picked up Auburn this year when they absolutely sucked.
