1. The refs gave you the game.
2. If our best players hadn't been injured, we'd have beaten you.
3. You cheated (sometimes with details about mechanical goalposts or electro-magnetic pulse machines).
4. You didn't beat us, we beat ourselves.
5. That's just a gimmick offense; eventually the gimmick will be up and you'll never win again.
6. Weather delay hurt us more than it hurt you; we'd have beaten you on a normal day.

No one has gotten a chance to use #6 yet. All the others are already taken. Be original, UGa, or stay home.

Not even close. Our coaches and players folded, not just for the game but the season after that.

UGA has depth to fill that hole. It’s a big loss for them but not to the magnitude Hunter affected the mindset of our whole team.

Refs cheated and celebrated the win for the Vols on the field....I mean that's what some Bama bubba's regurgitated..

I remember telling my neighbor good luck with an upcoming game he never said that to me , ever.

I'll never buy into them not having their best players available as a excuse. UGA is loaded with top tier talent. If backups can't perform that is on the staff for not having them ready.
This game will come down to line play and UGA's ability to control the ball and limit UT possessions. Our run defense has to have a good day.

If Georgia loses they can reserve their hotel rooms in New Orleans for the Sugar Bowl against TCU.

#4. They're like KY basketball fans, they can never accept defeat, even when they weren't as good. Had an old man in the barber shop years ago mad and cussing when he heard me brag to a friend about Tennessee beating them in Athens. "Tennessee didn't beat Georgia, Georgia beat Georgia". I told him the scoreboard said otherwise, and he started cussing 🤣

I hope kirby runs to control the clock and keep the ball away from our offense. that will be playing right into our strength. I really believe thats what he will do.If so we win easily. we get the lead and then he is forced to pass, jAnd we get at least 2 interceptions.
