I do not know if this deserves it's own thread, but I had to complain. My daughter and I drove up for the game Sat. and really enjoyed it; wish they would of won. What I don't understand is why would you attend a SEC game if all you're interested in is playing with your little phone. The guy in front of me wasn't paying attention at all, and the lady next to my daughter wasn't a lot better. If all you care about is facebook; it's a lot cheaper to just sit at home and do your thing.

When I go to a game, I use an app on my phone that gives me live stats. I look at it all the time.

I don't see it as being a big deal. Now if the guy in front of you was standing up and blocking your view, then I'd have a problem with that.

My first game attended this year was GA..I was disappointed with the crowd and student section at the end of the game. I know we should expect that from this team but it was like everyone in TBA knew the game was over with 2 minutes left. It is what it is but the fans need to be loud at the right times.
I know the team needs to play better.

I don't know about basketball games but last year at the Tenn-fla football game the boys sitting next to me acted like they were in a coma the whole game ! I couldnt understand it , why come if you are going to sit there like a bump on a log! Geez let someone that wants to be there take your ticket so it won't go to waste.

I got stuck at the Vandy vs. USCe football game this year on The Third Saturday, so I was checking the UT game stats. It happens.

If you have a problem with people looking at their phones, then never leave your house!
